Deposits and Cancellations Policy At the time of booking, you may be asked to secure your reservation with a major credit card. Your card will not be charged unless the Cancellation Policy is breached. When rescheduling or cancelling a reservation, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations or rescheduled appointments are subject to a $25 service charge. We respect your time and appreciate your choice to spend it with us. We've created our Cancellation Policy to provide the utmost versatility and convenience to our guests. Booking a reservation is your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy; therefore, please be certain you've reviewed and agreed to these terms. Spa Etiquette To ensure that you and those around you experience the full benefits of our Spa, we suggest the following: Arrive early. Arriving late will cheat you on precious minutes of your Spa visit. Please respect other clients. The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other client's right to privacy and quiet. We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone and pagers while in the spa area. Restrictions for Children Under 12 Years of Age Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the Salon. To respect the privacy and tranquility of our spa clients, small children are not permitted in the upstairs spa area. Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during any massage or body treatment. Tipping Policy In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. |
