» In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff
at your discretion.
Rules of Spa Etiquette
» To ensure that you and those around you experience the full benefits of
our Spa, we suggest the following: Arrive early. Arriving late will cheat you
on precious minutes of your Spa visit. Please respect other clients. The Spa
environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other client's
right to privacy and quiet. We kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone
and pagers while in the spa area. Please adhere to all Spa Etiquette.
Spa Reservations and Cancellations
» We strongly recommend that you book your Spa services in advance. We
strictly adhere to our Spa cancellation policy. As a courtesy to our
therapists and other clients, please notify us at least 24 hours in
advance on single service appointments and 48hours in advance on
multiple service appointments and Packages to avoid a 50 %
cancellation fee. This includes appointments made with a gift card. Our
cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
Restrictions for Children Under 12 Years of Age
» Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in
the Salon. To respect the privacy and tranquility of our spa clients, small
children are not permitted in the upstairs spa area.
