the online reservation system, simply ask for your username and
password during your next visit to Studio 21 Salon & Spa; then begin
enjoying the convenience of scheduling your salon & spa time on your
own time — day or night 24/7.

Cancellations
We understand situations arise, but If you must reschedule or cancel a
salon appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to
avoid a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled treatment. For a
cancellation of a spa package, notify us at least 48 hours in advance to
avoid the same 50% cancellation fee. This policy also applies to all spa
appointments booked using a gift certificate.
